I want to thank the staff at EFCU Crestview (north branch) for their exceptional customer service. This location, as with others, always provides a friendly, cheerful environment. EFCU employees, such as Angela and Kim in particular, are the zenith of professionalism and courtesy. I've visited other local CUs such as Navy Fed and PenAir and find EFCU peerless in the quality of the services they provide. I have been an EFCU member since arriving at Eglin in the early 1990s. Generally my transactions are routine but EFCU occasionally transacts large amounts on my behalf. Again, thank you for the fine service. Very much appreciated.

I used the ATM outside the branch by Temple Fitness in North Crestview. The machine shorted me money. I even stood in front of the ATM camera holding up the cash to show exactly what happened, with the date and time clearly visible. Since it was after hours, I called the next morning, but the call was no help at all. When I went to the branch, I assumed the location with the ATM (and its cameras, along with the front door cameras) would be able to help. Instead, I was treated as if my proof meant nothing. The employees looked at me like I was in the wrong, even though the machine failed to give me my money. The irony is, if the machine gave me extra money, the bank would call me a thief—but when it takes money from me, I’m just out of luck. All I wanted was the money that was rightfully mine. Instead, I was dismissed, made to feel like I didn’t matter, and told the cameras and my evidence didn’t prove anything. That’s not member service—it’s hypocrisy. Because of this, I’ll be moving my assets to another bank where my trust and business actually matter.
