Customer service for a Business Account is terrible, the rep was rude, ignorant and condescending by insisting a bank error was my fault (went to another branch to get it fixed). Would rate them 0 if I could.

- BCBill CraneDec 20, 20192.0I owe a friend, who lives a two hour round trip drive away $200. He suggested I go to his bank and deposit the money in his account rather than driving it to him. I went to this branch, filled out a deposit slip, handed it to the teller with the cash and was very politely told that they don't take cash! Hold on a second the bank doesn't take cash? I couldn't help but laugh in her face but she was being so polite and apologetic that I really couldn't give her a hard time. She said that they could take a money order but not cash. I asked if I could purchase a money order and she replied that they don't sell money orders unless you had an account with that bank. Needless to say my friend hasn't gotten his money. I've run across a lot of strange bank policies in the past like charging $10 to cash a five dollar check but I've never heard of a bank that won't take cash. I made my review two stars instead of one because the teller was very polite and seemed genuinely concerned that she couldn't help me.
