One of their employees (Jahaziel) didn’t even bother to answer my question before shutting the door in my face. After being a customer for over 20 years, I definitely didn’t expect that kind of treatment. I’m planning to close my account. Please train your staff to offer better customer service. This branch has definitely gotten worse over the years.

- AValejandra valeroAug 6, 20251.0Los empleados son unos Despotas, el primer día llegué primero y pasaron a las personas de la tercera edad q venían después de mi OK lo entiendo y lo aplaudo luego el otro señor era amigo de el banquero y lo pasó primero que a mí luego me dijo q no me podía atender xq ya estaban llegando las citas, esto fue el primer día y por eso voy a dejar este comentario y luego otro que es el de hoy luego vengo hoy y soy una mamá súper ocupada que se me olvidan las cosas digo que tengo cita a las 2 y eran las 2:30 y todos estaban haciendo algo, nadie te recibe tú tienes q suponer que te tienes que sentar, luego comienzo a preguntar y me dicen que perdí mi cita y especialmente Jahaziel Zandolla salió a hablar conmigo me preguntó que quería de manera despota y sin educación y me dijo q me fuera,,,, luego q me voy reviso los majes y veo q la cita era a las 3 y aquí estoy esperando q me atiendan puntual xq llegue 30 minutos antes (mi experiencia es q no saben tratar con personal, no les importa el cliente, no les importa ser cordial, no quieren ser educados y mucho menos te regalan una sonrisa) SEÑORES vayan a otro banco que esté de verdad no vale la pena 😭😭😭😭😭 aquí me están atendiendo la chica Valeria parlar y el señor Jahaziela Zandolla entró varias veces a interrumpir y ahora se llevó a la chica con el plusss el señor Jahaziel Zandolla me está corriendo de el banco y dice que va llamar a la policía y que yo no soy una profesional
