One of their employees (Jahaziel) didn’t even bother to answer my question before shutting the door in my face. After being a customer for over 20 years, I definitely didn’t expect that kind of treatment. I’m planning to close my account. Please train your staff to offer better customer service. This branch has definitely gotten worse over the years.
