I am in the process of opening accounts with them due to the horrendous service that has been provided by Wells Fargo (who I have banked with for 20 years) - Talking with both Audrey Otero and Debra Tyler has been beyond refreshing - they care - it is the way banking should be where you are provided with knowledge and accurate information about banking requirement. It has been so refreshing to experience good banking qualities compared to Wells Fargo who I am sorry to say are about to lose so many customers due to their lack of interest or caring for their customers. Well done BankOZK to showing how banking should be and you for sure are going to have a ton of new customers in the next few weeks.
- OAOrestes AlfonsoJun 7, 20181.0Rita Arrellano excellent service and dedication, can't said the same for the branch manager was rude, I said hello she said she needs to concentrate about 5 minutes later a man came in, they starting talking not about banking, not in her office either all about illness, parasites, infections, germs etc not discrete, were so, extremely loud if they would have used an amplifier would have been quieter I almost got up and leave but Rita Arrellano didn't deserve it, by the way I was opening my second C.D. if by the renewal time this woman stills there I will go to EverBank at least they have class, it's 2:26 am and I feel sick to my stomach of this woman, and another employee that said is moving to the Tampa branch and the man.😷👎👎👎🐀🐀🚽🚽 toilet talk 🚾📢🐐🐐🤥😷😷😷
