I had forgotten that banking can be tailored and accommodating to fit your own financial profile. This was something that I knew but, because I’ve been banking with large institutions I forgot how the smaller community banks are vested in relationship banking. I can’t explain how amazing and pleased I was with the way I was treated by Ms. Naylor and her team. I can extol the virtues of the personal touch that I received in meeting my banking needs forever. However, I would suggest that you experience the wonderful customer service that I received for yourself. I’m leaving Wells and I told them that I was and why. Thanks First Citizens and Ms. Naylor for reminding me that having a personal banker isn’t just for high net worth individuals. You made me feel like my business mattered to you!
