- PSPhyllis santacroceDec 22, 20221.0Had to transfer money for a house closing. Did it in 2 separate transfers. Wellsfargo stopped my 2 nd transfer and never let me know. I found out 3 days later when the realtor called. They gave me a very hard time with the transfer. It’s MY money why did I have to go thru hoops to get them to tranfer it. Not even corporate would help. I see this bank going down the tubes soon.

I was met at the door by Kareem who was the person that I had spoken with earlier by phone. Kareem took the time to setup my account and address all the features of the account that I opened. Excellent customer service.
