The worst customer service Ove have ver dealt with in the over 30 years I’ve been in customer service the teller behind the counter had a nasty attitude and was very sarcastic I can see she was the type that had her favorites who come in there and the ones that don’t she didn’t even have a happy attitude just very ugly and nasty she need to be reprimanded

An Utterly Contemptible Display of Incompetence and Arrogance! I arrived at this location, intending to conduct a simple, routine operation on my safe deposit box, only to be met with a situation of sheer, inexcusable incompetence. Despite having submitted the necessary documentation to add my name not once, but TWICE in the past year, I was coldly informed I was not on the access list. When I was able to identify the bank representative who processed the signed forms, a so-called "banker" had the unmitigated audacity to dismiss her authority, claiming she was "not a banker" and thus incapable of adding me to the account. Let me be perfectly clear: when a customer entrusts this institution with their business, it is absolutely the bank's responsibility—not the customer's burden—to ensure the staff accepting signed legal documents are qualified to do so! This is a catastrophic failure of internal controls and customer service. The ensuing confrontation with this attitude-laden "banker" led to a further, petty demonstration of power. Upon removing my box, my daughter—who routinely accompanies us—was blocked from entering the viewing room. This arbitrary and clearly retaliatory action, stemming from the employee's evident displeasure, is unacceptable. I have scoured your official Wells Fargo website and found no policy supporting this high-handed restriction. One woman, clearly posturing as the superior figure—"the banker"—immediately adopted a domineering and utterly condescending demeanor. She launched into a self-important tirade, lecturing me about the hierarchy of "banker vs. staff," even after I made it crystal clear upon entry in to the bank that I had zero interest in her job title or rank. Her behavior was nothing short of intimidating and utterly unprofessional. The second so-called "banker," whom I suspect was a junior subordinate another "so called banker" , showed an equally petty and obstructionist attitude. She played hardball, adamantly and unreasonably barring my daughter from the locker viewing room. This act was pure inflexibility and unwarranted obstruction. Let this be perfectly understood: The CEO of Wells Fargo does not personally fund their salaries. We—the customers—are the true source of their paychecks, and we compensate them for service, not for insufferable attitude and self-aggrandizing superiority! Both of these women operated under the delusional impression that a professional wardrobe grants them an inherent supremacy over the very customers who sustain their employment. Their conduct was a gross dereliction of customer service and a profound insult to the people they are paid to serve. Moving my accounts to local bank where they are customers friendly and "the banker" is a helper not just the position.

I made an appointment at 2, I went in there, they were super busy and the guy tells me to sit and that it’s going to take a while, then asks if I want to reschedule too. Made they’re not aware what appointment means.
