- NNNot2008MeOct 17, 20231.0The manager here has to be the absolute most unprofessional & rude person I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. After he got caught telling a boldfaced lie concerning some documentation, which his subordinate tried to cover up for. I expressed that I had valid reasons that I didn't trust this bank anymore. Instead of inquiring as to how it could be rectified or Offering a solution or even basic understanding he displayed a TOTAL LACK of customer care & interpersonal skills & became snarky & nasty stating I was just "complaining" & why don't I just stop banking there as of moving billing cycles, reassigning account numbers etc is a 3 second job. I have been loyal to SunTrust for years,but this manger was flat out disrespectful. He is a gray haired Hispanic male, but I don't know his name. Extremely nasty manager! Don't bank here. Save yourself the stress.

They were also pretty rude.......WOWZA! I would have to drive 5-6 miles past this branch to another branch to hope for service.

The experience I get at this branch is better than some at other banks.
