I’m writing to share my recent experience at your Coconut Creek location Johnson rd and 441 to be exact Unfortunately, I encountered a situation that left me quite disappointed and uncomfortable. I have been banking with TD for over 10 years, and the primary reason I have a TD account is so I can conveniently cash my paycheck there. The same paycheck has been deposited or cashed at TD for years without issue. During my recent visit, when I attempted to cash it, I was treated with suspicion rather than given a clear explanation of why it couldn’t be processed. Even after involving my employer on the phone to confirm the check’s validity, I received no transparency or reasoning. I also spoke to the manager, and unfortunately, she was no help at all in resolving the situation. I believe that as a long-time customer, I should be treated with respect and provided with clear communication, especially in a situation as routine as cashing a long-standing paycheck. I hope you’ll take this feedback to heart and ensure a more courteous, transparent experience for all customers in the future.

Do NOT go to this bank. Managed by "Kid" who rather than providing customer services they turn them away to other branches. Most likely the actual branch manager trains them to become failures in life. Note to the Manager at this branch today July 19th, 2025. Horrible human being and non-trained properly

TD Bank MODERN-DAY GANGSTERS, foreign Bank operating in the US. I had thousands and thousands of dollars in money orders issued to me from them. Then they're telling me that the money orders are no good but meanwhile every time I was in the bank they said they were good for 7 years none of my money orders were 7, 6 5 or even 4 1/2 years old and then they said they don't know where my money is. DAYLIGHT IN THE PLANTATION PLEASE AND THE COCONUT CREEK PLEASE SEND THE MONEY WHERE IS A GOOD FOR 7 YEARS WHEN IN FACT THEY GET STALE DATED AFTER 6 MONTHS. NOT ONE PERSON AT THE BANKThen they circulated messages or emails to all these other TD Banks warning that I was going to come and try to collect my money and to tell me they didn't know where my money was. I called the bank in Canada at the corporate level and they told me corporate contact in the US The manager Stacey Merritt is rude, a liar, not helpful, deceptive and should never be in management I called the police. So here is what to do when they can't account for your money. I called and reported everything to the police, FBI, BSO, STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE, THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE, WASHING DC, OCC, FDIC, BROWARD COUNTY, ELDERLY ABUSE HOTLINE, CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION . CONTROLLER OF THE CURRENCY. , NO ONE IN THE BANKS TRY TO HELP ME. BUT UPPER MANAGEMENT THOUGHT IT WAS PRUDENT NOT TO RETURN MY CALLS and they thought it was prudent to send certified letters telling me my account would be closed in 10 days after I already closed it. ONE BANK TOLD ME THAT MY MONEY WAS THE STATE OF FLORIDA UNCLAIMED PROPERTY THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THE STATUTE CUZ NO PROPERTY UNLESS IT'S 5 YEARS OLD LIKE CHECKS CAN GO THERE. I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU COULDN'T BELIEVE THIS ISSUE HADN'T BEEN ESCALATED HE ESCALATED IT AND THEN I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF WITH HIM HE WAS CALLING THE RECOVERY DEPARTMENT THE BACK OFFICE THIS THING THAT THING AND THEN HE GAVE ME INSTRUCTIONS WHAT TO DO ON MONDAY WHICH I DID DO which I did do, but when I walked into the Coral Springs Branch signed in never seen this manager in my life he goes oh I know who you are and then put seeds to tell me that I never even talked to him that TD Bank doesn't have my money I said oh you sure about that. Then he tells me he received messages from the two other Banks I was at the week before warning him a warning him that I might show up and telling me that these emails were sent to many other TD Banks that I might show up to claim my money. Anyway there was a very lengthy message that anyone at TD Bank could see saying where my money was and what the process was to return my thousands of dollars to me in cleared funds cash. So he sat down and read the whole email and I said I could tell you what it says cuz I have these written instructions and he was like oh oh oh oh.! I got my money the next day. TD Bank refused to give me and 2 police officers the regional managers phone number they gave the police was customer service number and told the police that the money orders are good for 7 years when they're not. TINA ALLETTI VP REGIONAL OPERATIONS OFFICER waste your time sending me a letter saying the account would be closed in 10 days when I already closed it Karen Zuckerberg senior vice president and retail market manager set me a letter saying oh as far as they're concerned the matter is closed cuz I received my money. So there you have three management people who did absolutely nothing to help me they need to be fired The correct response would have been when Tina already found out what happened she should have called me and said oh Mrs Lewis tell me what happened and how can I help you if she did that she could have called at the corporate level and the back office and got me my money . Then after the police were at both locations because I called them Karen Zuckerberg sends a letter saying that they were contacted by the consumer financial protection bureau definitely contact that bureau because the company only has like I think 72 hours and they have to respond.
