Your bank should be ashamed of themselves for towing cars from parking lot during events in the village especially when your closed.

This is a no way directed at this particular location but at truest Bank as a whole. The customer service when you call is not acceptable in a 2025. I waited over 30 minutes to get someone that can't figure out if they're a male or a female on the phone that hung up on me. People do not have time to sit on hold for 30 minutes during their busy work day because this company cannot hire enough employees and then the ones they do hire are not qualified for public service jobs. Do yourself a favor and take all your money out of this bank and invest it somewhere else because the service sucks at Truist Bank.

Worst bank ever. Never doing business here again. Lady in yellow shirt deserves to be fired talking to customers that way. No employees. What a joke of a bank. CCU is superior in every way.

Quick service and resolve of issue in less than an hour. Thats the good. The bad? If you have a split home equity loan, one account with a fixed interest rate and a second loan with a variable interest rate, if you want to make an extra payment on the variable interest rate account, you wont be able to. Their antiquated online banking system cant handle designating a payment to the account you designate it to. Even though it says right on the account payment site thats what will happen, the bulk of the payment will go to the bulk of the loan, and just the minimum will be applied to the variable interest rare account. Very frustrating. And recently i went in to a branch to make a direct payment to the variable int. account, because thats what i was told my only option was, and when i looked online today, i was displeased and disgusted to find they still split the payment again putting the bulk of the payment to the larger heloc balance. You can want to bank your way, but theyre gonna bank their way. DO NOT SUPPORT OR USE THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. Cant wait to be done with this bank. Ill never bank with truist again. I miss Suntrust.

THANK YOU FOR DRAGGING OUT THE PPP LOAN PROCESS LONG ENOUGH FOR THE SBA TO RUN OUT OF FUNDS. Good to know my bank has my back!
