- TSThom SieloffSep 30, 20255.0I have been with Truist since they were Suntrust. I have had my challenges with them, but 99% of those challenges comes from "Customer Service." Since this branch in Cocoa Beach hired a new Branch manager (Meagan), I have received top notch service. Whenever I have an issue, and I do have them, they do everything in their power to resolve it. Kelly wouldn't do that. But Meagan does. And so does their staff. The tellers are great as well. Overall, I would give Truist a 3 out of 5 stars, but this branch earned their 5 stars.
