- NVNicky VillardAug 30, 20251.0I arrived a few minutes before closing to withdraw some cash for a small event before heading to work. The bank has two ATMs — one outside, which was out of cash, and a drive-thru ATM with a long line of cars. It was very frustrating and caused me to be late, which was a huge inconvenience. I might consider switching to another bank soon for better service.

- EREstarlin RosarioAug 1, 20253.011:30am - Went there. No one greeted. All look away and pretend you are no there. Deposited a check was advised 8/1/25 would be available. Checked today. They say it’s been extended to 8/6/25. I called they say to go a branch to get it released. Get to this branch again and here I am getting a round around and everyone in self defense mode. Sat with Manuel after the teller told me to sit after all her no no no and negative outcome of the situation. This bank does not need new people it needs to be removed from here and boycotted. Thank fully I have another bank TD bank. I’m still here waiting for help. I will edit this to show others my experience. 11:34am - a manager assisted Manuel verified previous checks for signature to make sure all matches. Do business with such company for the last 5 years. Back and forth. Now they are talking to the general of general managers so he can cross examine signatures to make sure they are copy paste exactly. A few moments ago they said as long as the money is received. Now they verified the money is received but they are going into another excuse to not give me my deposit. They must want to buy a few bitcoins before they pay it to me. They resolved my issue. I was going to do 1 star. However for the frustration I will do 3 stars to make it fair because Manuel. Tried to help and he did.
