The white lady teller was good and very helpful as I had a question regarding a certified check, but then the manager came and she was extremely rude, didn’t wanted to answer any question and was in other words kicking me out saying to come back Monday or Tuesday because they were closing soon (it was 11:42 am on a Saturday, they still had 18 min before closing). That Manger was very rude and unprofessional and straight up care less about the customer.

Truist keeps cutting my interest for my money market account. I understand the fed dictates interest rates and the banks follow suit to match the fed however they slashed my rates from 4% down to 1.5% in one year. The federal fund rate was cut to 3.5% this year so why did my Truist interest rate drop so far below that? Go park your money in a bank that’s a little less greedy.

Never, have I ever in the 30+ years of my life on this earth, in the United States been told by a teller that I could not DEPOSIT money into an open bank account. My husband attempted to deposit money into his grandmother’s account because she is elderly and cannot use Zelle. The teller was so focused on informing my husband and I, that he could not give us her bank information, that he did not listen to our simple question despite us neither needing her information nor having asked him for her information. I would be confused but I believe I know and understand that this was a clear indication of profiling. I highly recommend banking elsewhere, anywhere else.

Dosent even deserve 1 star. By far the worst bank you will find. Save yourself and go absolutely anywhere else. BBT was good and suntrust was too but when they merged they became completely incompetent. USE CHASE BANK LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!!!! BBT sucks
