  I have banked at Wells Fargo, Wachovia, and First Union for many years. I have been helped previously when in need, and the same courtesy is not being provided to me, despite over 20 years of accounts being in their banking entity. I am an extenuating circumstance asking for such exception, but I am not being accommodated in the same manner as the same location in 2018. The Bank Manager, Thomas Romanero, said "Gotcha" after I told him I don't consent to games, sports, etc. and he disrespected me by mentioning a game concept instead of respecting me and what I was saying. This is after I went to another branch on Gulf to Bay Blvd, where a woman with the name Maria Roman at the teller's desk told me Good Luck, which seemed to be another comment pertaining to gaming, and some correlation in two locations where I don't consent to anyone playing a game, viewing my bank information, and falsifying any employment anywhere, especially in a bank. If someone could file a Better Business Complaint, I'd appreciate it.

  Haven't used this location until recently, it is close to my work. I have come in for notary services and teller services and sad to say I have had much superior service at this location than at my home branch lately. I would definitely recommend this location

  First off, I would like to say that the tellers at this location are always very helpful and Wells customer service is always super helpful. But, I have actually been to this specific bank employee twice to handle a couple of wire transfers and both times was a horrible experience. He was very rude with me as I was a nuisance to him even though this is job. This last time I told him that I am closing on a house the following day so I wanted to make sure that this wire went through and wasn't a problem. He just kind of brushed me off as though I was being unnecessarily worried about it and he did the transaction and said it was all good. I received a call this morning an hour before my house closing and it was him on the phone proceeding to tell me that I did not have enough money and therefore the transfer was cancelled! Like what?!?! I went through specifically all of the funds and somehow a certain sum of money disappeared out of my account. He at that point was neither helpful nor had any sort of remorse that he totally F***** me over. I then called Wells Fargo customer service and they retrieved my money and helped me send my wire with not problem. I think it's completely unprofessional and uncourteous behavior from an employee to a client when this is their job.
