My man and I came in today for a wire bank transfer, and she made the whole process so smooth and easy. The vibe was great from the moment we sat down — she was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we understood every detail. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond like she did. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a bank!

STAY AWAY OR YOULL BE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR FUNDS FOR NO REASON I received a Zelle transfer from my mother in law. Wells deemed it unauthorized and closed my account without letting my defend myself at all. 5 Wells Fargo employees, from inside the branch to loss preventions to the Facebook page to other Google review responses, all gave me the same BS about how it’s their discretion. DIRTY BUSINESS ***EDIT: wells I see you replied. I’ve already tried this and you wasted my time telling me there’s nothing that can be done. DO NOT BANK HERE

My last interaction was nothing like any I’ve experienced. When setting up my appointment to speak with a manager, the teller Dasheera was extremely friendly and willing to help maintaining my expectations of Wells Fargo. When I sat down with the manager it was a complete shift in atmosphere. Although all my issues were resolved, the manager’s lack of customer service was appalling and has encouraged me to steer clear of this location. If you need any assistance with your Wells Fargo account, there are multiple location not far from this one that will do a much better job.
