My man and I came in today for a wire bank transfer, and she made the whole process so smooth and easy. The vibe was great from the moment we sat down — she was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we understood every detail. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond like she did. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a bank!

Came to this location because I was told by Wells Fargo customer service that I need to talk to a banker in person to resolve recent issue. When I finally spoke to a banker 15 minutes after arrival, they had to call Wells Fargo because they couldn't see why I was experiencing the issue I called about. I am still at the bank, and still waiting for a resolution while the banker is on hold... waste of time for business owners. Dylan was nice, it's not his fault.
