  Love this bank and everyone who works there. A++ customer service with a smile. I have been going here for years weekly and have never had a bad experience. i am really surprised to see any bad reviews.

  There doesn't seem to be a dress code at Wells Fargo; management lets employees dress down; one worker had a WF shirt on but the style is not banker professional; he looked like he worked in a Toyota Dealership. I really don't like the casualness of WF - doesn't feel like a bank at all. WF has an image problem; it turns customers off. Also, so-called bankers should be given elocution lessons in how to speak to customers - this guy just barked out at my wife - the tone was appalling. I don't think I'm going to go back to this branch. Terrible ambiance - its better to use the ATM than going inside - horrible place!

  I had a great experience today visiting this branch. I needed to get something notarized and was surprised that I didn't need a appointment. I was helped by Emily as soon as I came in and had a pleasant conversation while I was being helped. I didn't find out until the end of the process that she was the branch manager! It's been years since I've had to go inside a branch, but it's nice to know that I have such a great one nearby.

  I tried to deposit a very large check from my insurance company and the branch manager Emily refused to deposit it, not even with a hold placed on it. She said the check looked fraudulent. She told me if I went to another Wells Fargo they would tell me the same thing because they use the same database to verify the legitimacy of a check. I believed her, but was in shock.. She also said she was not at liberty to tell me why it appeared fraudulent. It took many phone calls, hiring an attorney, lost sleep, and sweat equity to get the insurance company to ultimately issue a new check. The new Check had the same exact physical appearance with the exception that a new check number was written on it. I took it to a different Wells Fargo branch and the branch manager did about two minutes of research and said it was legitimate Check- the company had two stocks of checks they issue, and it was deposited without any hassle. I feel this branch manager, Emily, is incompetent and treated a 39 year customer with multiple accounts poorly & negligently.

  I've been a wells fargo customer for 4 years now. And i know im not there most valuable banker but I've deposited my check there every Friday. We'll there was a mistake on my part. My paycheck bounced because of some problems my company was having with there bank. So all 4 of my accounts were closed. No warning just closed. I've tried to explain the issue but it didn't matter. I've since moved on but I was never given the chance to fix it witch I would have the next day. Im disappointed that this is the way they have treated me. I been made to feel like there customers are not worth there time.
