  Marina William was such an incredible help. I opened my 2nd account with Valley recently and it was a quick, efficient, friendly experience. The countryside branch is gorgeous too!

  Carrollwood branch has the greatest employees of any bank I’ve ever dealt with. Even though I’ve moved, I would never consider changing banks. They go above and beyond for their customers.

  Have banked here for years! Absolutely love Valley Bank & their employees! Always professional, honest, kind & courteous. I switched to them for my personal account after handling transactions with them for work, they're awesome!

  I opened a small business account at this location a few weeks ago. I worked with Lisa and Fetije. They were wonderful when it came to answering my questions and taking me through the process. Noteworthy, my other entity was with Bank of America. I attempted to open a second business account with BOA and struggled to get the application approved because my lease was newly signed and I couldn't get the address verified in the time frame BOA was asking. I walked in to Valley, and in the same day was able to open an account, make a deposit, and have 2 checks ready to go. I highly recommend this place.
