This review is not about this particular branch, but is about Truist bank and their practices in general. I purchased an appliance early last year from a local vendor and wanted to return it the next day. Even though it was within the company's 4 day return window without being charged 20%, the company still charged me a hefty $80 re-stocking fee in spite of the fact the appliance was never delivered to me. I reached out to Truist to try to have them reimburse me, and then they go after the company and Truist did not do anything about it at all, ultimately. Every time I called Truist, they would put me on several holds without accomplishing absolutely anything. Also, every phone call would last between 35-55 minutes. This was just a lot of my time wasted with Truist over the phone. The last time I even went to this branch when they finally reached out to the vendor and did not want to do anything for me. I must say, years ago I had a similar issue and that other bank completely reimbursed my money and then they went after that vendor that overcharged me. This is not the best and professional way to treat your customers, Truist. This was a disappointing experience and I would expect much more from Truist.
