Online Bill Pay actually mails a paper check, which either never shows up (Thanks USPS) or is 8 days late.
It’s 2025, get with the times. I can send money faster on a Facebook Marketplace deal!

if i could give zero stars i would. i went in to cash a check from a client who has written me checks in the past. i do not bank w/ truist but i wanted to cash e check and was willing to pay the $9 fee. the manager came out from the back and rudely said “ i don’t know you , you don’t bank w/ us , why are u here. i explained that i just wanted to cash a check bc it was only for $600 rather than mobile deposit in my back and wait a day to clear. she insisted on calling my client who wrote the check and when he didn’t answer they refused to cash it. they know my client personally and like i said earlier he has written me checks before, even earlier this week . i felt like i was profiled bc im latino and have tattoos. i felt totally disrespected and this is totally unacceptable
