I have rarely had to wait very long for service, and on those occasions when I did, it was because I arrived at a very busy time. Transactions are done quickly and smoothly. Once, several years ago, the day before I was to leave on vacation, there was a fraud on my debit card, which BB&T security discovered, and handled the situation to my satisfaction very fast, my account was restored, new card was sent over night to an out of state address that I authorized. I like this bank very much, and the wonderful people who work there.
