- MRM RSep 5, 20251.0Horrible service! Not only did I have to wait on hold forever to get through online 2 days in a row, but 2 different people lied to me on how to resolve my situation. I was told all of my situation was noted and a quick stop in my local branch would resolve the issue. At my local branch I was told that there were No notes in the system. The customer service person in my branch does Not get preferential treatment or a express customer service line to help customers who have come in. She also had to wait forever on hold to get help. Absolutely horrible service all around.

She always greets me with a smile and i have seen her be pleasant to customers in front of me everytime i visit. I do customer service for my job and most of the time its the customer that has issues and not the person giving the service. The other women at the bank also provide wonderful customer service and that is why I will continue referring and being a customer at this Truist location.

Horrible! Thank goodness awesome customer service at branch on Sunset or I would've closed the account.
