- PRPaul RussertDec 23, 20251.0DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT HERE. I have had a business account for over a year and nothing but issues. All starting with the banker, Artur, who coaxed me into getting multiple business accounts, and didn't tell me about the 50 transaction limit for a business account amongst other things. I am in sales, and he was just trying to make a sale. I was just charged $40 (3 days before Christmas) a service charge for my business doing too much business! Truist does not care about local businesses or our communities. I am cancelling all my accounts and moving to chase! Ps. If you deposit a check it won't be available for days on end.

I was told all of my situation was noted and a quick stop in my local branch would resolve the issue. At my local branch I was told that there were No notes in the system. The customer service person in my branch does Not get preferential treatment or a express customer service line to help customers who have come in. She also had to wait forever on hold to get help. Absolutely horrible service all around.
