- SFSusan FederJan 22, 20252.0I was in Truist just before noon today. I have severe scoliosis and can be on my feet for less than 10 minutes before the back pain becomes unbearable. I was first in line after the gentleman in front of me. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, the only teller told a woman in the drive-thru to come into the bank then told me so he could take her first. My disability only shows from the side and back under a coat. I gave up and went outside to use the ATM. I'll never go back to your branch because I'll never know if I'm truly next or not. The entire reason for going inside was to avoid the cold. I had no voice in that situation. I get that the woman shouldn't have to stand in line again. The tellers solution didn't work for me at all.
