    I was in Truist just before noon today. I have severe scoliosis and can be on my feet for less than 10 minutes before the back pain becomes unbearable. I was first in line after the gentleman in front of me. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, the only teller told a woman in the drive-thru to come into the bank then told me so he could take her first. My disability only shows from the side and back under a coat. I gave up and went outside to use the ATM. I'll never go back to your branch because I'll never know if I'm truly next or not. The entire reason for going inside was to avoid the cold. I had no voice in that situation. I get that the woman shouldn't have to stand in line again. The tellers solution didn't work for me at all.

    I have been a patron at your bank for 12 years. I vouch for all the employees and Karen has been such a blessing. I love banking at Truist. I recommend your bank to everyone.

    I never receive a better service from a bank like what I receive at this location Reda and her entire team go above and beyond to help their customers, this team is one of the biggest reason I will never change my bank thank you for all you do for your customers

    The BEST BANK EVER!! The staff is Top-notch! Teller Mandy, is wonderful. The sweet blonde that handles accounts at the desk, really helped us Big Time!! David Rajaram is OUTSTANDING! He is Kind, Knowledgable & Compassionate - he really went out of his way to help us and put our minds at ease! I have never dealt with such wonderful, caring people at a bank - Ever! These people should be rewarded for EXCELLENT customer service -they are the reason I am loyal to this bank!
