- RKroger kamicarOct 2, 20251.0Waited over 10 minutes to see a cashier to deposit some money, thought it would be a quick In-N-Out. Terrible lobby service. I ended up leaving because I would’ve been late to my next appointment if I stayed longer. All that for a simple deposit.

They let you sit there for way too long for simple matters.And let other people walk around you when you're in line for the next manager. I would never trust these people to handle my matters Big or small. Low class people in my opinion

They keep training good tellers and sending them to other branches and leaving one there to take care of walk in and drive thru. Plan on spending 15 to30 minutes per transaction. Hopefully they will get some help.
