At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
I wanted to open an account near my home for convenience purposes. This branch is at the beach in Clearwater and I can’t believe how dirty it is. The outside of the building is filthy and trash litters the front entrance and is disgusting. The shrubs along the store front are all dead and brown with cigarettes and trash in the planters. The drive up Teller/ATM has old cups on top of the machines and gum stuck on the buttons. I can’t believe a community partner like TRUIST allows this building to look like this. Zero curb appeal and cleanliness. Shame on you bank manager for allowing this in your community that we all try and keep beautiful.
I will find another bank to do business with. You’re a financial institution, how about invest in the appearance of your business?

My son opened an account at SunTrust Clearwater Beach one month ago he had a legitimate good third-party check he deposited teller told him what to do on The check for endorsement I deposited it not knowing that it was against SunTrust policy put a hold on the check through the word fraud everywhere after a week they close his account for the good third-party Check once his check cleared it takes another 7 to 10 days and they will cut him a check and mail it to him just wrong and unprofessional manager of the bank and the teller should take classes on customer service and how they treat their customers instead of hanging them out to dry. Will never recommend SunTrust I almost moved my business too this bank. but would never do this now.
