  Every time my parents go into the bank they are greeted with kindness and compassion. On a recent visit my parents worked with Marissa Lewis and she gave the best service and was extremely professional with them. They had a lot of questions and need help getting things organized with their accounts and she was able to help with all of this and even gave suggestions to help them make things easier for them. I am so thankful for Marissa and the kindness she gave to my elderly parents.

  Every visit to the TD Bank is a great experience thanks to Marissa L.! She’s always so pleasant, greets me by name, and treats every customer like gold. Marissa truly understands the value of outstanding customer service and consistently goes above and beyond. She’s top-notch, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients.   On every visit to the TD bank in Clearwater, FL, I get the good fortune to deal with Marissa L. She is always so pleasant, greets me by name and treats every customer like gold. She knows the value of customer service and provides the highest level of it. Marissa makes banking with TD an absolute pleasure. I wish every company had people who treat me like she does every time I go into the branch.

  GO TO ANOTHER BANK. BOYCOTT T.D BANK. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! If your wallet gets stolen and you need a new debit card your screwed to get access your account. my wallet was stolen fri last week. I have needed a new debt card cause my wifes crones dr appointment doesnt except tape to pay, or account numbers. So now my wife is having incredible issues with pain and discomfort. i have a new liscence i can answer any questionsabout me. TD BANK USES THIRD PARTY PEOPLE TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY. THE MIFO GIVEN WHEN THE ACCOUNT WAS OPENED ISNT GOOD ENOUGH NOT EVEN A STATE ISSUED LISCENCE. GLAD TO KNOW THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS COME TO CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL EVEN LIE TO YOU ABOUT HOW THEY ARE THE ONLY BANK THAT ISSUES DEBIT CARDS ON SITE. MID FLORIDA AND IM.SURE THERE IS MORE. NO OTHER BANK.WILL EVER KEEP YOU FROM ACCESSINGYOUR MONEY. SO NICE TO SEE THAT EVEN THE PERSON I OPED THE ACCOUNT WITH SAME THING. SO IN SHORT IS IF YOU EVER LOSE OR IF YOUR WALLET IS EVER STOLEN YOU WILL BE STONEWALLED AT GETTING YOUR MONEY.. YOU WILL WAIT 10 DAYS AND THATS BUSINESS DAYS TO GET YOUR CARD IN THE MAIL. WHAT A JOKE AND I.LEFT MID FLORIDAFOR THIS JOKE ESTABLISHMENT

  I have both personal and business accounts I opened at this office. I have had some of these accounts for over 10 years. The tellers have all been great. Marissa, however, is the best. If she sees me entering the bank she always calls out to me by name. I have had the need several times to have documents notarized. Brad has always been willing to act as the notary. IMO, this branch is one of the friendliest I have ever encountered, and I bank at several area banks.
