  I been using this bank for years but this branch is the worst the girl with purple hair is horrible she has 0 knowledge 0 customer service and 0 attitude couldn’t help with simple task of stopping mailing statements and anytime you speak with her she shows you she is not happy with this job !

  My first visit to Bank OZK. I had a check to Cash from a local title company. I’m not an account holder for Bank OZK. So I called them to see if they could cash the check without any additional fees. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and helpful and he advised me that they could. So I went to the bank on nursery Road in Clearwater, and Kelly the teller at Bank 0ZK was very helpful and very thorough about making sure she did the transaction correctly. Great experience and I may consider becoming an account holder for this bank in the near future. The bank is very clean, very welcoming atmosphere. The Associates were very helpful and great customer service. Thank you, Joyce Kelly for making this a great experience.

  The staff are very friendly, but the bank interface doesn't let you do anything with your money. DO NOT BANK HERE if you use zelle, if you do ANY kind of transfers. The only external transfers you can do online are to your own accounts in another bank which takes two days to verify the account! You cannot go online, add another person's account and transfer. Their interface is completely restrictive that you cannot use zelle for your business, you cannot transfer money to subcontractors to pay them, you cannot pay your rent with zelle but you have to go into the bank, pay them for a cashiers check and then you can pay them. I will say it again - the staff are very friendly, but you will not be able to do jack with your money if you do anything online. DO NOT BANK HERE
