  I been using this bank for years but this branch is the worst the girl with purple hair is horrible she has 0 knowledge 0 customer service and 0 attitude couldn’t help with simple task of stopping mailing statements and anytime you speak with her she shows you she is not happy with this job !

  We recently had some fraud on our accounts. Elda helped us get through this with so much patience and kindness and concern. It really matters to have that person in your court and on your side, when you feel so violated. Elda was great. The entire OZK team was just great. Thank you all! p.s. Nursery Road OZK

  Never have we had such terrible customer service. Went in to change an IRA with my parents, that matured but at a low rate because they weren't aware of the maturity date. We were handed off to a " relationship specialist" because Kevin washed his hands of us, claiming he can come across rude, infact, and wanted us to have the best experience. We sat down with Elda, remember that name because you'll want to stay away. Again all we wanted was to change IRAs. She already started with telling us that the process takes time, it's not easy then huffed and puffed, rolling her eyes, slamming papers and pens and at one point even throwing out a " Jesus Christ". When I asked her if there was a problem she said this is not easy and you all are being demanding. DEMANDING? We just asked to change to a higher interest rate and then sat there quiet the entire time! Elda has no business being in a position of customer relations. She obviously can't handle a task other than possibly cashing a check, of course don't ask for multiple bills, she might break a sweat! It's no way to treat customers, especially elderly customers. She doesn't belong behind a desk, not even in a public setting. She has no patience, respect, common courtesy, elegance, or even knowledge of the banking field. Very disappointed and will not be back to the Clearwater branch!

  I chose this bank to open up my business account due to it's reputation for being supportive of small businesses. The Client Service Specialist, Elaine Lee, was thorough and present to all of my needs. Opening up an account at this facility feels like a celebration and team effort to all involved. I look forward to continuing my business relationship with OZK.
