With another huge American Bank we had a very unpleasant experience in long waiting time of hours on the phone with no result. We couldn't get in touch with them and couldn't set up an appointment. So we were prepared for the worst! Also reading reviews from other foreigners about opening a bank account in the USA. But...we were very much suprised by a real person on the phone answering our questions and setting up an appointment. Honestly, we couldn't believe it would all work out. But it did! Customer Service with capitals!!! This is the example of how it should be done! Very helpful, taking the time and answering all our questions! Even at the counter miss Diaz took the time to help us with a friendly smile! We would like to recommend this bank and give special thanks to miss Diaz, miss Rivera and miss Balladin.
