    Terrible customer service. Staff treats like you supposed to know everything and when you ask questions it’s like a bother. Not coming ever again to this branch.

    Terrible customer service.. wanted to withdraw $15k and was told that I needed to wait a week to order that amount. Its insane for a bank NOT to have these amounts of cash available. They are not overwhelming amounts of cash. According to Katreen Kadar; a week to request a $15.000 withdrawal from my business account!
