You have five offices yet no one can take in a new bank account! Whoever manages this bank clearly does not pay attention! I rather just Give my landlord, the money order to keep dealing with this bank !! You guys clearly have no customer service and do not want more bank accounts! Updates branch manager doesn’t care or train staff properly I come in after going online and opening my own account because everyone is so busy with no one in their offices! Trying to put money into account and am told I can’t put cash I have to make a check or money order! Instead of the staff being knowledgeable and offering a resolution! For example let’s make a money order for the amount then put it in her account. I’m told can’t be done! I have to break it down to her and ask for a manager which is to busy to assist which I have to leave! Also you have my name first and last if you want to contact someone! Stupid response! Definitely calling corporate this branch needs better training and or management! Also I a business owner never would move my accounts here

Every time I would see her, she would tell me the story over and over how Wells Fargo had saved her family. She always spoke with a lot of emotion.. She said that they had stepped in when no one else would . She wanted to express her appreciation but didn't know how. Maybe she should send a letter or go in and speak with the manager. Someone had told me that Helen had passed away a few weeks ago. She and I had laughed in the past about me holding a sign telling people her story. So here I am.
