- EREddy RJun 17, 20251.0Terrible experience with the bank manager Carla. Definitely no courtesy what so ever. She Refused to allow me access to my money because she needed cash for other clients. Helped other customers that got there after me while I had been there waiting to get this done. Carla was not helpful and overall made me feel unwelcome. After 12 years I will look for a different bank thanks to this experience. I cannot understand why I cannot be allowed access to my own bank. I hope corporate sees this and fixes the mess and lack of leadership in this branch.
