I called ahead to get a general appointment with Carlos, because of my great prior experience with him and my daughter. Carlos was very thorough and efficient in getting my son his accounts and describing all the details . Last year my daughter began a new job and needed an account for her pay check. We met Carlos at that point. He was outstanding in covering every aspect of banking needs. My daughter learned a lot about banking through Carlo's detailed descriptions. She is doing very well and plans on meeting with Carlos soon to apply for a credit card next. I go to this Branch , because of Carlos Rojas outstanding service!

This turned into a whole list of problems and phone calls for me including, taking all my groceries back at the store when my card was declined, to filing a claim on a deposit returned to my cancelled card. Do not ever go here for any reason. No drive thru ATM
