    I visited the Wells Fargo branch on Hancock Bridge for a scheduled 11am appointment to complete a wire transfer for a property closing. After waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes, no one had spoken to me or explained the process. Staff simply said the wait could be 1–3 hours, which is unacceptable for something this important and time-sensitive. Customer service has really declined — no greeting, no updates, and no respect for customers’ time.

    I’ve come to this location over the years and customer service has fallen downhill. No one says hello or explains the process. I had a scheduled appointment at 11am and I still haven’t been talked to after waiting for 15 min. I wouldn’t be as “annoyed” if they didn’t stress the importance of an appointment in the first place. It also isn’t right that one of the representatives told a couple with a new born that were in at 10am to come back at 11am and then brush them off stating if someone else becomes available they can help them. =/ After I submitted the review the person I was meant to have the appointment with spoke to me explaining they were wrapping up but asked what I was there for. Perhaps I over reacted by leaving, however I found it incredibly confusing as I’m not the one that suggested the reason for the visit in the first place, it was a teller last week that informed me of why I should sit with a personal banker regarding my accounts. Additionally, I have no desire to speak about the reason for the visit while other people are around in an open setting as it isn’t their business why I’m there in the first place so I left in my frustration as previously stated.
