I am trying to open a simple business account and you would think I was a teenager never having opened an account before - I have moved a lot of money through their bank in the last few years. When I went in with all the correct documentation I was told it would be a few days and now I am being told up to 90 days and the back office has to do their due diligence!! A complete joke- This gets solved this week or we move the entire relationship out of Wells Fargo. We have tons of real estate and would have consolidated two other banks to Wells if their went well, but I don’t suspect it will.
- DCDS CDec 12, 20251.0I’ve been a customer for years and my experience every time I go there even when they’re not busy you have to wait. Today there was one customer with four tellers. There were two people sitting without customers in their cubicles, and two people sitting in offices, one with a customer one without a customer. I went in to get a debit card for my checking account and was told I would have to wait and that it could be awhile because all of the people in the cubicles and offices were making their “phone calls”. I think we’ll be moving our money to another institution
