No money being sent through the tubes, no words being exchanged.... 20 minutes of waiting. I pull around front to go inside, thinking that it may be quicker- I mean, why else are they not helping the people in drive thru? Right?? Wrong. They are letting unprepared people leave their counter to go grab missingnitems (ID'S, paperwork, etc) and instead of taking whomever is next, making us all wait for these other unprepared patrons to return. After another 10 minutes of waiting in another line, I FINALLY received my whole 250$ in change so that I could hurry back (ha ha) to my shop on a busy Saturday... and after all.of that waiting inside as well, I was STILL helped before the people in drive thru. Absolutely HORRIBLE bank experience.
