- DJDebbie JimenezSep 30, 20251.0Visited this branch on my lunch break to cash a check. There was only 2 people Karoline and Suzette in the entire branch working and they both seemed very unhappy. The lady at the counter was very rude. She has no customer service or communication skills. They had me wait for 30 minutes and then stated they could not validate the check to cash it. Refused to give me the branch manager's contact information. No wonder why this bank has such a poor reputation. After I left I called the company that wrote the check. I verified with two different people that they had spoken with the branch employees and confirmed the check. There was no reason for them to not cash the check. They just refused. I feel very discriminated against.
