- BDB DJan 2, 20261.0After years as a Bank OZK customer, I’m extremely disappointed by how a minor account processing issue over the holiday was handled. What should have been a simple, judgment-based resolution turned into unnecessary complications and wasted time. Multiple calls and a corporate escalation resulted in no accountability or flexibility. Because of this experience, we are closing two business accounts and one personal account. We also bank with another institution next door and do not encounter these issues there. And to think we were preparing to refinance with Bank OZK. That will no longer be happening.

A routine account and payment processing issue over the holiday was handled poorly and resulted in unnecessary complications, despite being addressed promptly. After multiple calls and escalation to corporate with no resolution, we’ve decided to close two business accounts and one personal account. We also bank with another major institution next door and have not experienced similar issues there. Based on this experience, we’re taking our business elsewhere. And just to think, not even a month ago, we were thinking about refinancing our mortgage with them.

Horrible customer service, thought I would have that one on one good customer service since they are not a big bank, but funny enough wells fargo who we also bank with right next door is much better. Such a little issue that could have been fixed caused you to loose 5 accounts. Good Job
