  Came into your Branch this morning, was very disappointed. I have always had great service until today. My request was very simple. I am trustee over an account at your branch. I am working with an attorney to get Medicaid for Charles Landry. Medicaid was approved for August and October but was denied for September because the Trust account was not funded. I put in request to change his direct deposit to your branch, which went thru for his OPM payment. On 9/30/25 I went to Community Federal to withdraw his money to take to Wells Fargo to deposit into Trust. His DFAS check was there but OPM direct deposit change took place. I took dfas to wells Fargo and made the deposit. I ask her if the opm check was there. She said it was there but had not finished posting so she could not give me a receipt until posting completed. The posting showed for 10/01/25. Which meant for September it was not fully funded. I ask the gentlemen that I talked to to give me something that showed the money was there 10/30. He gave me a rehearsed message that wells fargo posts so you will have access to money early, apparently not. He said anything he printed out would show 10/1/25. I ask for a handwritten statement just stating money was there on 9/30, but had not posted. He refused stating that Wells Fargo would not approve. All other statements from Mr Landrys former bank showed his opm check was posted last business day of the month. I do not like the statement that “there is nothing I can do. “ There is always something you can do if you are interested in providing service to your customers.

  I have a business account that I will be moveing this coming week this bank is the worst I've ever delt with they are not for business owners they can help with anything all they tell you is call the 1-800 number. 100% need to close the doors.

  Had a account here for years with direct deposit from social security need a small loan due to a deer hitting my car 1500$ . Sorry sir our minimum loan is 3000 and your out of luck . Oh and we loan you 3000$ either . Guess they want me to use the loan shark instead .

  This Wells Fargo Branch is a pleasure to use because it is close to home and I never have to wait in line. The staff is friendly, helpful and treat me like a neighbor. I have to laugh at the negative reviews because none of them pertain to the staff of this branch. They do not set the days and hours of operation. If you need to bank on Saturday then you need to find a branch that is open on Saturday it's that simple. If you don't like fees then open an account that meets the no fee requirements. Don't blame the good people at this branch for your schedule or choices.
