My dad had recently broken his hip and femur, making getting in and out of the car difficult. Desi D. came out to the car to assist my father with his banking needs. I was astonished. We were treated with such professionalism, respect, and care. This was outstanding service. Desi D. - I do hope you read this review. I want to say thank you. Desi D. treated my dad with such caring; Desi D. went above and beyond her scope of service that day. Thank you for your professionalism and for taking the time to assist a customer in such a way.
