Use this bank at your own risk. Their favorite past time is brutally abusing the elderly, terrible customer service, poor and predatory business practices. Their app is made to swindle you out of your money and the employees don’t care to help you with it. Use this bank at your own risk. Detangling my mothers finances after they almost bankrupted her with their fees and confusing app was the most disgusting way of doing business I have ever experienced. She’s on a fixed income. They didn’t even bother to look at her accounts before telling her it was user error. They have yet to return money they owe her. I’m willing to bet be filing complaints with all regulatory government entities. This branch made her sit in the lobby for 40 minutes while the staff could be seen chatting and socializing amongst themselves. It was a bunch of old people waiting so I guess they weren’t important. That’s ok, the credit union down the road had no problem whatsoever picking up her accounts, credit cards, loans, and other accounts. Since truist sees no value in these customers . . .

I’m leaving a five star for a specific person at this specific location. After weeks of stress, silence confusion from multiple departments, Dusti Was the only person who treated Me like a human instead of just another account number. She called me to let me know personally, that my account has been unfrozen and even went the extra mile to look into compensating me for the time and stress that I’ve been through. Her professionalism, communication and compassion, turned a horrible situation into something manageable. I truly appreciate her follow through, her patience, and the respect that she has shown me during one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a bank. To the higher-ups, You guys should be very grateful that you have someone like this on your team. Thank you, Dusti. You are exactly the kind of person every customer hopes to talk to in a crisis.

Never answers their phone. Had to ask about my IRA accounts, had to go in person to ask a question, and they said they don't handle it, and there is no one I can talk to or call. Had to call another branch to get any information.

While trying to open a bank account, I was treated in an exclusionary and disrespectful manner by one of the Managers, Paul. Paul, said he did not like my tone. I have a high voice and a bit of anxiety. Paul, was unable to see anything other than what he wanted. His personal views clouded his ability to make a fair judgment of me.
