The woman at the counter refused to take a check from my wife. What she is endorsing to place into my account because, "its her discretion". What's most frustrating is, what I asked was done at a different branch with no issues before. This employee just took it upon herself to refuse this task. If someone from corporate does not rectify this situation, I will be terminating my multiple accounts wells fargo.
