  The service is terrible, especially if you're Latino; the staff discriminates against you. I would never open an account with this bank

  I see a number of negative reviews here… but I actually had an excellent experience at this TD bank. I was first greeted by Maya who seems like the happiest, most patient person I’ve ever seen. She didn’t even help me I just watched her interact with other customers and she was so kind and courteous and just so personable. Anyone with that keeps that personality in a public facing job deserves to be protected at all costs. I waited maybe 5 minutes before Kim was able to take me to her office to help me with my somewhat complicated issue. (I will say I got there before the rush apparently… it got BUSY…. I do think there are NOT enough employees on the floor for this busy of an area… even if it’s the weekend. There should be more tellers in there.) all that being said, my own personal experience was a positive one. Kim went above and beyond what most others would do in order to help me solve my issue right then and there. I won’t go into the details of my issue, but she was very kind and helpful, and ultimately solved my problem. There was a certain rule in place due to the nature of my account, but she understood the situation and made an exception for me. I found her knowledgeable, kind, willing to help with an issue with multiple parts… just all over a great experience. I was very pleased.

  I’ve never had an issue until now, but today TD refused to cash my payroll check with no clear reason. I’ve always trusted this bank, but this experience makes me reconsider keeping my account here

  Open a second account and some how it gets flagged for identity theft. Even though I already have one account open with them and now they want to hold my money hostage and not give it me because it's "frozen" and for the notes it says it's because of identity theft and they want me to want 2 more hours for me to withdraw and now close the account. No

  Honestly, everyone that works here are so genuinely kind. They really try to give you the best customer service and are always thinking of your needs. This branch is so great!
