  I cannot say enough about this branch! Hands down the best service I've ever experienced from ANY SouthState bank! Any bank for that matter. The customer service from Trevor was incredible and the staff that decided to say hello to me was a true delight and welcomed me so very warmly. It was like I was in a dream💝 I've experienced some very horrible and disrespectful banks and staff. Was expecting the same here but God was very kind to make these people who they are. It really makes a difference when people go above and beyond to make a simple and quick service go like will oiled machine. Beautiful! Being new to this area, we unfortunately visited the branch down town and i tell you, very sad that the branch down town is one of the most unprofessional establishments we've ever experienced. I honestly felt like removing all of our accounts with SouthState until I came across this FINE GROUP OF HUMANS at the Brandon branch. Keep up the good work and I hope corporate reads this review and rewards this branch for saving a customer and their family from closing their accounts. And actually made me feel like there are still people in this world that care about their jobs and the company they represent! 🏆 I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE. YOU DESERVE 100 STARS TO ME 🏅

  I want to thank Melina Maryanski for her help. I was out of town and I needed a copy of my bank statement right away. After identifying me as the person on the phone, she emailed my statement. I was very appreciative and it helped me out greatly. Everyone at the Brandon bank is so helpful and friendly. Thank you again.

  Absolutely horrible service tried to cash a 1000 check here and the lady said she put it in my account just to see -1000 in my bank account 🤔 something don’t seem right I asked and she said my account was newly opened I corrected her and told her no it isn’t then she said maybe you need to go to bank where people know me 🤔 when I’ve been banking with SouthState for years now…. Oh well I will bank some where else

  Will never bank again about to press charges on the employee who when in my acooyt block my debt card and close my account
