- GWGary WFeb 17, 20231.0I like to do everything online unless the transaction I need can't be done at the website. Today, I got into this branch around 3:45 and waited at the sitting area quietly. After 30 minutes of waiting, around 4:15 pm, someone at the counter yelled at us and told us they can't help us today as they will need to close at 5:00 pm. He suggested us to visit the website, which doesn't support what we need to do. I will try to avoid this branch in the future.

Traffic was crazy and holding me back and they refused to help me and just wait 2 min after closing time. I worked for a bank for 2 years and if a customer called we always would wait as long as it wasn’t 15 min passed. Extremely dissatisfied with this Bank!
