- JMJohn MorganAug 22, 20231.0I recently visited the Wells Fargo at “ 2901 53rd Ave E, Bradenton, FL 34203“, Sarasota for the first time and unfortunately had a very disappointing encounter with an employee named Daniella. Her lack of assistance and professionalism wasted my time and left me frustrated. I'm not satisfied at all with the level of service I received. I hope that Wells Fargo addresses this issue and provides better training for their employees at this location. This experience has led me to reconsider returning to this branch.

The second time I came to cash my check, the cashier called his manager to get permission to cash out. This manager looked at the check, told the cashier "I wouldn't do it" and walked away without saying anything. If this is the way Wells Fargo trains their managers how to greet customers - they should go out of business!!! I am not coming to this location anymore!!!
