Was acknowledged by Manuel and then admonished because I was late and went in his office offering no assistance to me. Only other person , J Garcia, finished with a customer. I thought he was going to call me but went in Manuel’s office. I left after waiting 40 minutes. This branch has a terrible employee problem who don’t know the meaning of customer focus.
