She interrupted me at least 3 times before I had to ask, "can I finish my question please?" And I was interrupted again. When I attempted to clarify what I was requesting she got defensive and insinuated I was telling her how to do her job and that she's been here for however many years. Now insulted, I said "I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job, I'm trying to explain myself" since I STILL had hardly been able to complete a full sentence. The bank manager intervened and patronizingly apologized that they were unable to complete my request. Which was not even the problem! It was the constant interruptions and not being listened to. Disingenuous and poor service.
