- RWROBERT WHITEJan 2, 20261.0Can I enter a fraction of a star? This Location has the WORST service I've ever seen anywhere. They always have several employees walking around back and forth, but completely ignore you. Oh, and don't you dare think about calling to talk to someone. You can never get through. I've had the same account for over forty years, they just keep changing the name of the bank. If I knew of a better place to go I would close my account today and move on. Can anyone out there suggest me a good reliable bank that actually cares about it's customers? Please let me know. If they are so determined to have all transactions automated, why don't they just fire everyone in the branches.
- MRMichael RoyAug 15, 20251.0I see this bank has a very low rating and now I know why after coming here for years cashing my check they decided today they will no longer do that and I need to deposit it I went to another Wells Fargo on the other side of town and they gladly cashed my check for me

- KSKim SmithJan 31, 20231.0Could not make an appt online for what I needed a personal banker for (notary service). Went to bank personally, waited thru teller line just to get appt. Was very clear about what we needed (a notary; which was even printed on our appt confirmation). Appt made for a few days later. Arrived early today for our appt at 11am for which my hsb took off work. Waited & waited. They finally came out at 11:30am to tell us there was no notary there & referred us to another Wells Fargo very much out of our way. 1) teller booked appt knowing what we needed. 2) waited half hour on appt day to tell us they couldn't do appt as there was no notary there. WHY THEN DID THEY MAKE THE APPT? If they had a notary that didn't make it to work today, why didn't they call or text us & cancel / why did they make us wait a half hour past our appt time before telling us? Complete waste of time!!! Left angry, still angry. Big thumbs down to WF. One more strike & I'm changing banks.
