***UPDATE: Turns out it was a buddies mom who just lost someone and is also dealing with a lot. This is a lesson in mental health.
Her pain is so strong that it transferred to me. I know this. It's OK. I hope she gets a real good hug today.
Please retrain this staff. They are all struggling because of the town and world we all live in.***
I've removed names.
You have lost a customer for life. I will tell everyone ever I've met and will meet in the future NEVER to bank with Truist.
Your employees do not care about human beings in this location. (I really hope you heal yourself one day, it's not OK to make people feel the way you made me feel this afternoon. You've probably been doing it your whole life and no one has spoken up. Then you met me again today. I bet you didn't remember me from last time, but I remember you and how much time my money was held up because you didn't listen to me then either. It's OK though. I really hope you learn something from this. I know I did! Never bank with truist again!)
They should not be in customer facing positions. Branch mgr only came out of his office when other bank customers came in. I went into his office 2 times to ask him to help me out, but no. He went with apathy. That's fine too.
Truist will never see another dime from us or anyone we know from this day forward.

One of the most unethical bank chains I have ever been with. Stole my money countless times and act like they cared and then told me there’s nothing that can be done. Stay VERY far away from BB&T. There is not one single reason to bank with this company over ANY other bank. They are objectively one of the worst banks to ever exist.
