Paid for that finally got my money back so then the scammer puts in a different amount and Truist just let it go through. They say call back in five days and they’ll be able to give me an idea when or if they’ll put my money back in my account. I don’t think that this bank has their customers welfare in mind. I had a difficult time, talking with the fraud department as the person speaking did not speak English well enough that I could understand everything that was being said. I have to pay another fee close my account and open another account. But they still can’t tell me whether my account will be secure. I am searching for a new bank! I did not have these problems when it was BBNT!

There are never enough tellers scheduled to handle the volume for this branch. So poorly run!!! Just down the road is a branch on Cortez. They get you in and out quickly. I highly recommend going there instead.

I was on my lunch break and unable to wait over an hour. I travel for my job and I am in Bradenton this week. Thanks to meeting Michael Haynes in the Bradenton 14th St location I have faith staying with Suntrust. I went in the Bradenton location to verify my ID. Walked in and Mr. Haynes was with a client. As soon as Mr. Haynes was done with client came out and introduced himself and helped me right away. I explained the issue and he help me. Within 20 minutes Mr. Haynes and the customer service rep on phone had me verify and my rent finally got paid. I would recommend Michael Haynes to everyone I meet here in Bradenton. His customer service was 4 stars out of this world. He should be going to locations showing other employees how customer service works. Wish I lived here and can do business with just him.
