I'm not very happy with this branch. I've had mishaps with attempting to make deposits at the ATM. Either the machine is not accepting them or it doesn't record my deposit to my account causing me to have to call the institution to correct the error. When I tried to explain their machine's error, I felt like a criminal! They sounded like they didn't believe me. I was on the phone with them for too long explaining the problem. I offered what little evidence I had. It didn't spit out a receipt but you could easily count the money in the machine and determine that what I said was true! Then they blamed ME for using my husband's card for our joint account!
I just tried to call this branch for a simple question. I got the never-ending loop with the automated answer machine. I live at least 30 minutes from any branch so it's a real hassle to have to drive there for a simple question but that's what I have to do.
I was with BB&T before the merger and never had a complaint. Truist sucks! I've been with them a LONG time and I really don't want to have to go through the hassle of changing banks.

Multiple bad experiences. Drive through takes forever, and today they didn’t have anyone in the building that could do a wire transfer. Not customer friendly.

For me a bank is about people and the service I receive as a customer. If I don't want to go to the bank I can use apps' and remote deposit / transfers etc. but I like to connect with people. Every person that I have interacted with over the 10 years in this branch, (SR 64 & LWR Blvd), have been nothing but friendly, helpful and know their stuff. Teresa and Rob have been mainstays and go above and beyond to assist in every way. Banks are at risk of being no more - so please use them and ensure we have opportunity to get to know the folks working in our communities - they are there to help even when the technology goes down.
