    I’ve been with Truist my whole life so I’ve been to multiple locations, but this location especially is the best. I absolutely adore the women working here, and I regret not getting the nice lady’s name behind the counter but she was absolute SWEETEST and most helpful person! She even gave me great advice for my account Absolutely would make the drive to come back here <3

    Wonderful experience every time I come here! The tellers are exceptional and the branch manager is remarkable! She is proactive and has been exceptional in assisting all of our business accounts! So grateful for service that I otherwise assumed was long gone!

    The 5 stars is for Stephanie, the underwriter who went above and beyond while completing my PPP. I experienced lots of technical issues on the websites platform and several representatives not knowing the correct information! Stephanie, thank you again! As far as Suntrust the banking institution..you guys need to upgrade customer service, atm's, and provide better security for your customer's money that we entrust in your bank! Tondra J
