I had a problem with a deposit overlapping drafts and Michelle took the time to help me get it all straightened out. And followed up by calling me the next day. She has gone over and above in customer service! And I witnessed her helping a confused elderly woman....she took time explaining the situation with her, helping her with her withdrawals that were causing this woman distress. Michelle took her time, repeating often, to assure the woman understood what was happening in her account. Other customers that came in all know her name. I am sure she has helped many others. Condos for having outstanding employees!!!
